Energy Scape Renewables has announced an opening for the position of Senior HR Executive at its Thrissur office.

Position Overview

• Role: Senior HR Executive
• Location: Thrissur, Kerala (Work from Office)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturdays & Sundays off)
• Target Audience: Female candidates and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Lead day-to-day HR function operations and oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits).
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding across departments and locations.
• Payroll & Compliance: Manage payroll processing in coordination with Finance; ensure full compliance with statutory and labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
• HRMS Management: Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management via HRMS platforms.
• Policy & Engagement: Implement HR policies across branch offices, coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and maintain HR MIS reports.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations/generalist roles.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in payroll, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms (preference given to experience with HR One, Keka, or greytHR).
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to the Infopark, Kochi office when required, and flexibility for occasional work-from-home hours to coordinate with international/US-based teams or client meetings.
