- Role: VoIP / Telecommunication Engineer Trainee

About the Role
This is a hands-on trainee position focused on VoIP systems, networking, Linux administration, and technical support for international clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- VoIP & network troubleshooting
- System/server monitoring and maintenance
- Ensuring uptime and security compliance
- Providing technical support to global customers
- Specialized training in VoIP and telecom technologies will be provided during the initial training period.
Location & Work Schedule
- Location: Kottayam, Kerala
- Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)
Eligibility
- Qualification: B.Tech (any stream) or MCA
- Batch: 2024 / 2025 pass-outs
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with basic technical understanding
Training & Compensation
- Training: 3-month mandatory offline program
- CTC: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (based on performance & skill level)
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Networking, Linux, VoIP, or PBX systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Interest in learning modern telecom technologies
